In the spirit of professionalism and efficient resolution, The Posh Executive Agency LLC and the client agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the agency’s services, offerings, or this website shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

• The parties shall mutually select a neutral arbitrator, duly qualified under California law, to preside over the matter.
• Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), or another reputable arbitration body agreed upon in writing by both parties.
• The arbitrator’s decision shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. No appeal shall be permitted.
• Unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator, all arbitration-related costs—including arbitrator fees—shall be shared equally by both parties.
